Skins in current or recent quimio and/or radio treatment, are characterized by being dry, sensitive, irritated skin and with a feeling of tightness. These skins have little tolerance to external agents and may present desquamation and pruritus.

Vegetables and fruits, rich in vitamins, trace elements and phytonutrients. Carrots, avocado, pumpkin, nuts, melon, grapes, zucchini, etc.
Rich in Omega-3. Mackerel, sardine, walnuts, spinach…
Foods that improve the intestinal flora. Whole grain rice, artichokes, probiotics (yogurt, kefir).
Water. We recommend 2.5 litres/day.
Non Recommended Foods
Alcohol. It’s related with oxidation, dehydration and inflammation of the skin.
Food / Drinks that make you thirsty. Fried and deep-fried food, sugary food and drinks, caffeine, additives from prepared drinks and refreshments….
That provoke insulin spikes. Sweets, pastries, refreshments, sugar…
Moderate exercise is highly recommended.
We recommend a combination of aerobic (walking, swimming) and anaerobic (push ups, abs) exercises.
Don’t smoke. Generates free radicals.
Ultraviolet radiation. Use physical sunscreen and avoid the sun in central hours. In case of radiotherapy completely avoid exposing the treated area to the sun.
Sleep. At least 7 hours per day.
Avoid stress. It releases cortisol, an enemy of the skin.
Don’t use cosmetics that contain chemical-synthetic preservatives, such as parabens, dyes and/or fragrances.
